Customer Support Specialist1 Job Description: Customer Support Engineer (JavaScript Knowledge is mandatory) ERP / Functional Knowledge Understanding of ERP concepts such as AP and SO Ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into system requirements. Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts would be a plus Customer Support Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution. Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, findings, and expected resolution.
