About this role
Job Purpose Lead the safe, compliant, and high-availability delivery of Helipad ARFF services across assigned sites. Ensure operational readiness, team performance, and compliance with GCAA/ICAO requirements and Jaheziya IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001), meeting client SLAs/KPIs and budget targets. Key Responsibilities Provide station-level operational command and incident leadership in line with SOPs. Maintain 24/7 readiness of ARFF crews, RIVs, equipment, PPE/BA, and foam/agent stocks. Manage staffing, rosters, drills, training, and competency currency. Ensure compliance with IMS standards, ICAO Annex 14 Vol II, GCAA heliport regulations, and client procedures.
