ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I'm Dmitri Grozenok https://www.linkedin.com/in/dgrozenok/, Senior Manager of Onboarding product development at Jane. I've been here about a year, leading a team of eight developers working on a mission that's genuinely different from typical product work. The Onboarding team sits at a critical moment in a clinic's journey with Jane - right after they sign up but before they become successful power users. We don't own huge chunks of code. Instead, we reach across multiple domains to solve the hardest activation and retention problem in our business: getting new customers through their first critical days so they fall in love with Jane.
