ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to support our Marketing, and Operations teams at Jane in building engaged, collaborative, and high-performing teams. These groups are the creative and strategic engines of Jane, collectively over 110 people strong and growing -working across Canada and the US to bring the Jane experience to life in bold and meaningful ways
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes support role. It’s a high-value, high-trust partnership that sits at the intersection of strategy and people. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including our CMO, VP Insights & Operations, while also being deeply embedded in their teams, supporting individuals as a coach, sounding board, and advocate.…
