About this role
About the position We're looking for someone to help design the infrastructure and run operations for Jane Street's Talent Development team. You will partner with a team of Talent Development Specialists who design and run a variety of internal programs, from internships to early career education to development for more experienced leaders across the firm. Your role will be critical to our ability to effectively scale, run, and evaluate our programming. Additional responsibilities of the role will include: Working closely with our HR systems team to ensure that our learning management system (Workday) is configured to meet our learning and evaluation needs.…
