Job Summary:** The Assistant Head of Serology will support the Serology Section Head in managing and overseeing serological (HI & ELISA) testing operations within PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, ensuring accurate and timely results for disease surveillance and control in poultry health. Job Responsibilities:**. * Assist the Head of in planning, organizing, and directing daily serology laboratory activities. * Supervise and train junior laboratory technicians on serological testing procedures, including ELISA, agglutination, and other relevant assays. * Ensure adherence to established laboratory protocols, quality control standards, and biosafety guidelines. * Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functioning.…
