Main Responsibilities & Duties - Transportation & Delivery: Transport Day-Old Chicks (DOC) from the hatchery to farmer or partner coops on time according to assigned routes and schedules. Cargo Condition Monitoring: Ensure temperature, airflow, and humidity inside the truck/box fleet remain stable and optimal throughout the journey to minimize DOC mortality rates. - Document & Quantity Verification: Verify the accuracy of DOC box quantities, Delivery Orders, and animal health/quarantine permits, and secure proof of delivery signatures from farm personnel. - Biosecurity Protocols: Strictly implement sanitation and biosecurity standards, including vehicle disinfectant spraying before entering and after exiting hatchery/farm areas.…
