About this role

1. Supervise daily hatchery activities according to work plans and SOPs. 2. Monitor breeding, larval rearing, nursery operations, and water quality. 3. Guide and coordinate operators and hatchery workers. 4. Ensure compliance with biosecurity, quality, safety, and hygiene standards. 5. Report abnormalities, mortality spikes, or operational issues. 6. Maintain daily operational records. Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Fisheries, Aquatic Cultivation, Aquaculture, or a related field. Experience in hatcheries, fry production, or fish/shrimp larval production is an advantage. Understanding of larval rearing techniques, live feed culture, and water quality management. Ability to monitor larval health, record production data, and implement biosecurity measures.…
