Support execution of R&D activities, including product formulation, testing, and trials. Assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance of R&D leadership. Collect, record, and analyse test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Support compliance with food safety, quality, halal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and product testing. Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records.
