About this role
Supervise daily broiler production activities according to work plans and SOPs. Monitor feeding, flock condition, growth, and farm cleanliness. Guide and coordinate operators and farm workers. Ensure compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, safety, and hygiene standards. Report abnormalities, health issues, and operational problems. Maintain daily operational records. Mengawasi kegiatan produksi ayam broiler harian sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan SOP. Memantau pemberian pakan, kondisi kawanan ayam, pertumbuhan, dan kebersihan kandang. Membimbing dan mengoordinasikan operator serta pekerja kandang. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kesejahteraan hewan, biosekuriti, keselamatan, dan kebersihan. Melaporkan adanya ketidaknormalan, masalah kesehatan, dan kendala operasional.…
