Manage and improve maintenance systems to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance using OEE, productivity, quality, and other operational metrics. Implement continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop corrective and preventive actions for operational issues.
