Job Descriptions : 1. Supervise and coordinate daily hatchery operations to meet production plans. 2. Monitor hatchery processes, water quality, and seed quality parameters. 3. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, biosecurity, quality, and safety standards. 4. Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination with technical teams. 5. Lead and evaluate supervisors and operational staff. 6. Report operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field. 2.
