1. Project Schedule and Progress Control Monitor overall project progress against the approved Level 1 and detailed construction schedules. Review contractor schedules, look-ahead plans, milestones, and recovery plans. Identify schedule deviations, critical activities, potential delays, and their impact on project completion. Coordinate corrective and recovery actions with contractors and relevant project stakeholders. Consolidate physical progress reports from site supervisors and validate reported progress before submission to management. 2. Site Team Coordination Coordinate the activities of Site Civil Supervisors, Site M&E Supervisors, and other assigned site personnel.
