Job Summary:** The COORDINATOR SH NGANJUK will be responsible for overseeing and managing all safety, health, and environmental (SH) programs and initiatives within the Nganjuk facility, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor SH programs, policies, and procedures in line with PT Japfa Food Indonesia's standards and local regulations. * Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. * Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and developing preventative measures. * Provide SH training to employees at all levels, including new hire orientation and ongoing refresher courses.…
