About this role
1. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved formulations and perform random checks on the control systems. 2. Conduct in-process quality inspections from grinding to bagging-off stages and determine the production status (Approved, Quarantine, or Rejected). 3. Prepare and maintain daily reports on in-process quality, bagging activities, and corrective actions during operations. 4. Report quality testing results, follow up on quarantined products, and support internal audits related to production processes. 5. Maintain equipment and the work environment while implementing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within the QC In-Process function.…
