PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) Job Responsibilities** * Perform in-process quality inspections at various stages of Process-3 according to established procedures and specifications. * Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational control points (OCPs) to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Collect and analyze samples for physical, chemical, and sensory evaluation as required. * Record inspection results accurately and promptly in designated forms and systems. * Identify and report non-conforming products or processes immediately to relevant supervisors. * Initiate and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified quality deviations. * Assist in investigating root causes of quality issues and implementing effective solutions.…
