1. Execute day-to-day marketing and sales activities for assigned products or territories. 2. Support campaign execution, promotions, and sales programs. 3. Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders. 4. Monitor basic sales performance, market feedback, and customer issues. 5. Maintain sales data, reports, and documentation accuracy. 6. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and sales policies. Qualifications : Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Biology, or a related field. Experience in shrimp hatchery, aquaculture, technical service, or sales is an advantage. Good understanding of shrimp hatchery operations and aquaculture practices.
