These processes are becoming increasingly complex and require a lot of manual work: sifting through documents, posing questions to various departments (sales, demand planning, engineering, procurement), collecting responses, and aligning commercially. This process is time consuming, prone to errors, and heavily reliant on the availability and knowledge of colleagues.
