About this role
Requisitos Obrigatórios Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Produção ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em PCP (Planejamento e Controle de Produção) em ambiente industrial/manufatura. Domínio de MRP, PMP, S&OP e gestão de capacidade , com atuação prática. Conhecimento avançado em ERP (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle ou sistemas equivalentes). Excel avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas avançadas, análise de dados); desejável familiaridade com Power BI ou outras ferramentas analíticas. Forte capacidade analítica , visão sistêmica e orientação consistente para resultados. Excelente comunicação e habilidade de negociação com áreas multifuncionais. Diferenciais Desejáveis Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão da Produção, Logística ou Supply Chain.…
