Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors, production team members and any applicable maintenance personnel. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, OSHA regulations, and quality requirements. Monitor and adjust production schedules and staffing levels to meet customer demand. Analyze production data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve operational performance. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Human Resources to support operational objectives.
