Key Responsibilities Equipment Service & Maintenance Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment overhauls on JBT leased and customer-owned equipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Complete service documentation, reports, and maintenance records accurately and on time. Manage parts inventory, identify shortages, and coordinate replacement parts as needed. Assist with equipment installations, removals, upgrades, and major mechanical modifications. Support customer operations by maintaining equipment performance and minimizing downtime. Customer Support & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service and technical support.…
