If you’re passionate about team building, climbing safety, and witnessing those "I did it!" moments, we want you on our lines! This full-time, on-site summer role is perfect for a safety-minded, encouraging leader who loves the outdoors. As our Ropes Specialist, you will guide campers through physical and mental challenges, helping them build trust, resilience, and confidence while suspended among the trees of our beautiful Dover property.
