Purpose & Impact Within JCDecaux UK the role of Service Desk Analyst (SDAN) provides both 1st and 2nd line hardware and software customer focused support to end users at all levels of the organisation. The position sits within the Service Desk team, part of the Service Delivery function and, reports to the Service Desk Team Leader (SDTL).
