Junior Digital Analyst Role Overview This Pune-based role is ideal for an early-career analyst with 1–2 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, reporting, or data administration. You will support operational processes across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales through renewals and post-sale validation—through data management, reporting, Salesforce administration support, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline processes and support retention and growth initiatives.
