About this role

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT Collect soiled linens from designated collection points throughout the hospital. Sort, count, and record soiled linens for laundering. Operate commercial washers and dryers, following proper loading, chemical usage, and machine safety protocols. Inspect laundered items for cleanliness and damage; fold, stack, and organize clean linen for distribution. Deliver clean linens to hospital units, including patient rooms, operating rooms, emergency department, and specialty areas, according to established schedules. Maintain proper storage and organization of linen inventory in storage rooms. Monitor linen usage and report shortages, overages, or damaged items to supervisor.…
