GENERAL DESCRIPTION Provide in-house catering services and perform other related duties in Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital (KPJ APSH). JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages and light refreshments while providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. 2. Collect soiled trays, crockery and cutlery after events and meals. 3. Assist in meal assembly for all three main meals, mid-meal snacks and late orders. 4. Assist with mise-en-place (preparation and arrangement of ingredients and items) for meal assembly. 5. Assist in receiving incoming goods and arranging them in their respective storage areas. 6. Clean and sanitise work equipment and work areas regularly in accordance with proper hygiene and sanitation procedures.…
