DEPUTY MANAGER, CORPORATE FINANCE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION : To facilitate corporate finance activities, including RPT/RRPT identification and monitoring, corporate exercises (including REIT injections), fundraising and financing execution, and the preparation and analysis of short, medium and long-term cash-flow projections to support management decision-making. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure timely execution, appropriate governance and accurate reporting. Main Functions: A.
