About this role

Advice and assist to the best of its ability to ensure KPJHB and its group of companies’ legal rights are protected. Assist the Unit Head in overseeing and managing the Group Legal & Advisory’s functions and activities in relation to operational matters including but not limited to REITs sale and lease back, lease renewal, renovation, land matter and ISO to ensure KPJHB and its group of companies’ legal rights are protected. Assist the Unit Head to provide legal advice to KPJHB and its group of companies on operational matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements.…
