Strategic & Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic services. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company direction and business growth. Monitor operational KPIs, turnaround times (TAT), test volumes, productivity, and client satisfaction. Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the laboratory to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards (ISO 15189, MSQH, etc.).
