MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the execution of the daily operations of the Purchasing Services. To develop, implement and review the services standards, guidelines, policies and procedures in conformance with the hospital Policies and Procedures. Establish, execute and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance. To ensure the supply of products complying with the user requirement. Report discrepancies and non-conformance. Timely monitor pricing update of items according to the Hospital markup formula or the recommended price. To oversee the stock turnover for medical supplies is within the target limit.
