About this role

1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION Support market assessment, feasibility analysis, business-case preparation and portfolio tracking for Group Wellness & Ambulatory Care Centre growth opportunities. The role provides the data, analysis and documentation required to support informed network-growth decisions. 2) JOB DESCRIPTION Gather and analyse information on proposed markets and locations. Perform catchment, demographic, demand and competitor research using available and approved information sources. Maintain market and competitor information relevant to Group Wellness & Ambulatory Care Centre growth planning. Support preparation of location and opportunity screening assessments.
