GENERAL DESCRIPTION Provide basic nursing care in accordance with established standards, work collaboratively with team members, and report any incidents or issues to relevant authorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT Provide basic nursing care that aligns with the vision, mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing services and the hospital. Notify the nursing leaders of any situation that impacts the quality of care. Obtain ward report and assignment at the beginning of each shift and perform additional tasks assigned by the Unit Manager or Assistant Unit Manager.
