Job Description A. Teaching & Learning Plan, prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, clinical demonstrations, and simulation-based learning. Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements. Supervise and assess student performance in both theory and clinical practice. Use innovative and evidence-based teaching methods to enhance learning engagement. Ensure alignment of teaching and assessment activities with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., MQA, Nursing Board Malaysia). B. Clinical Supervision Guide and mentor students during clinical placements in hospitals, clinics, or community settings. Monitor students’ clinical competencies and maintain records of their progress.…
