About this role

Scope: Lead a team of software engineers within the Returns Development organization, providing technical direction, people leadership, execution discipline, and coaching. Partner closely with Product Management, UX, Cloud Operations, Support, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality returns capabilities aligned to roadmap commitments and customer outcomes. Drive enterprise engineering practices that improve quality, scalability, reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and operational readiness across services and applications.
