About this role

Scope: Contribute as a QA engineer for supply chain SaaS products with a particular focus on store-based kiosk dropoffs for returned retail goods. Support best practices across automation, test planning, execution, metrics, and release readiness. Develop, maintain, and improve automation frameworks and test suites for Returns workflows, APIs, integrations, and critical customer-facing capabilities.
