Sr. Specialist - L&D Operations

Scope: This role is responsible for enabling scalable, reliable, and business-aligned learning operations. The position partners with business units and learning stakeholders to identify capability needs, translate them into learning priorities, and support execution through platforms, analytics, automation, and infrastructure. The role also ensures learning sites, LMS processes, reporting assets, and training environments remain accurate, accessible, stable, and fit for purpose.
