Job Details The Manger Retirement Benefits directs the day-to-day operations of Jefferson retirement plans; provides mentoring, coaching, training, support, and guidance to the members of the retirement team. Manage the Jefferson Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and 457(b) Plans. Responsible for overall compliance and effectiveness of the Jefferson retirement plans; apply plan rules and interpret legal requirements.
