Number of Positions In Requisition 1 Job Details The Patient Navigator serves as a liaison for Jefferson patients. Specifically, the Patient Navigator will work with physicians and staff to ascertain the appropriate services the patient needs; schedule the patient appointments with multiple departments; and follow up with the patient to assure compliance.
