Number of Positions In Requisition 1 Job Details Resident - Pastoral Education Job Description Resident Pastoral Education participates in all activities and group work of the Clinical Pastoral Education Program, complete all required readings and written work, provide spiritual care to patients/families/staff on assigned units or by referrals through Spiritual Care, provide overnight and weekend on-call coverage in rotation with others. The chaplain must apply what they are learning in the CPE Education Program in order to make judgements concerning the spiritual/emotional needs of persons and decisions about how to assist those persons as a chaplain either directly or indirectly.
