We are seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our team at Amelia at Westshore , a 246-unit gated community located in Tampa, Florida mere blocks from the scenic Tampa Bay. Weekend hours will be required. The primary function of the Leasing Professional is to lease apartments and create a vital first impression for JAG Management Company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments. Completes all leasing paperwork. Compiles and processes applications for approval.
