About this role
Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments through our acquisition, development, construction, and property management services. We are seeking a Community Manager to lead our team at J Centra Burlington, a 500-unit Class A multifamily development located in the Philadelphia suburb of Burlington, New Jersey. The community spans 20 buildings across 40 acres with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes, some with den or loft options.
Salary: $105,000-$110,000
The primary objective of the Community Manager is to supervise all phases of on-site operations, including the hiring, management of job performance and training of onsite staff.
