About this role

Job Details The Administrative Coordinator provides overall administrative support to the Division of Hospital Medicine and Department of Medicine Administration. The Administrative Coordinator assists in maintaining the division calendar, and provides overall support for the Division Chair, hospitalists and APCS. Maintains all files related to division meetings and other hospital committee meetings. This position will also serve as a backup to other Department Coordinators during time off and will be assigned to various projects in the Department related to improving patient access. This individual will interact with other physicians, administrators, patients, and external organizations within the Division of Hospitalist Medicine at Jefferson Einstein Hospital and within the Enterprise.…
