Assist the mechanic in the performance of the repair, replacement, or installation required. Assigned to perform duties in the following areas: HAVC, carpentry, electrical, plant operations and plumbing Assist in the performance of preventative maintenance such as cleaning, oiling, and adjusting fixtures, equipment and or machinery. Assist in general overhauling of equipment, fixtures and machinery. Make scheduled rounds of building areas and inspect all lighting fixtures to assure proper function.…
