About this role

Job Purpose The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, managing daily boutique operations, and leading a high-performing team. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience for both local clients and international visitors in Prague. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the boutique's performance and operations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Clientelling Drive KPI Performance : Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, conversion rates, Average Unit Retail (AUR), and Units Per Transaction (UPT). Luxury Client Experience : Maintain a high level of customer service on the sales floor, demonstrating deep product knowledge of footwear, handbags, and accessories.…
