About this role
We are looking for a high-energy Program / Project Manager to help build and scale our Consumer Engagement/ Loyalty business. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who can think strategically, get into the details, rally teams, and make things happen. The ideal candidate is someone who combines the structured problem-solving of a top-tier consultant with the mindset of a digital operator - comfortable working across product, technology, marketing, analytics and business teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives from “what should we do?” to “it’s live.” This is not a pure strategy or PMO role.
