A Visual Storytelling Lead is an AI-native version of a Supervising Director role and requires both experience working with GenAI and 10+ years professional narrative (television, film, microdramas) directing experience, with at least 3 years experience giving notes and supervising other filmmakers. This role is responsible for crafting the image and video visual generation policies, the guardrails, the LLM-as-judge prompts, and the agentic role prompts (for asset creation, shot framing, camera moves, dramatic acting, action, etc.) to steer AI driven story generation.
