About Major manufacturing company is looking for a construction project manager to successfully manage traction & hydraulic elevator projects in a very active new construction market. The successful candidate will be in charge of: Coordinating all contract activities from the project award stage to completion of the elevator and escalator installation. The successful candidate will provide a progress review of projects to ensure that contract documents are consistent with the required scope of the project. Candidate will communicate directly with multiple representatives of the general contractors, owners, architects and designers, State and Local authorities and regulatory agencies concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling of installation for the equipment.…
