About this role
The Enterprise Learning Program Owner owns the execution and continuous improvement of JM Family’s enterprise learning programs and resources, including LinkedIn Learning, its integration with Workday Learning, targeted associate learning programs and just-in-time learning experiences. This role translates business priorities and associate development needs into relevant, accessible and scalable learning solutions by curating content, launching targeted experiences and recommending new approaches. Working closely with Leadership Development, Associate Development and Talent Management partners, the Program Owner aligns learning plans and connects enterprise learning to broader development and workforce priorities.…
