Job Title: Onsite Coordinator (Peak Recruitment Period)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Onsite Coordinator to support our peak recruitment period, working on-site to manage the end-to-end candidate journey from interview through to start date. You'll be a key point of contact for candidates and workers, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organised onboarding process during a high-volume, fast-paced period.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Plan and manage large group interview/induction sessions
