Job Purpose This role ensures safe launches, adherence to customer requirements, program support, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and warranty performance by ensuring Dana processes are adhered too, customer requirements are met, APQP is followed and by driving continuous improvement in product reliability and manufacturing quality. The position provides leadership across the China region and plants and fosters a culture of quality through standardized processes and robust problem-solving methodologies. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide guidance on APQP, PPAP, and safe launch processes for new programs. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure robust product and process validation. Attend Program & Stage Gate reviews where required.…
